Custom and personalized orders
Yes, we accept custom orders. Although we specialize in awareness tutus we can customize a tutu to fit your needs just give a message!
Sizing details
You can send the waist measurements of your child if you’d like a more accurate size.
Turn around time
Our current turn around time for tutus are 1-2 weeks counting business days only. After the 1-2 weeks calculate the time it takes to ship (whatever shipping method you chose). 1-2 weeks is only the processing time of the actual tutu or shirt. Bows and headbands have a turn around time of 1-2 days then add in your shipping time.
Refunds & Cancellations
Cancellations/Refunds are allowed 12 hours after purchase.
After such time has passed, your item is officially processed and there aren’t any refunds or cancellations allowed.
